These Pullers Consist of a Hydraulic Motor, Variable Speed Foot Control, Manual Flow Control Valve for Adjusting Maximum Speed and a Manually Adjustable Pressure Relief Valve for Adjusting the Ultimate Pull Tension. A Footage Counter is Also Included.
