Designed for pulsed MIG and semiautomatic welding, equipped with eight synergic pulse programs. The dual model can perform the same process on both sides, or one conventional MIG and the other used for pulsed MIG welding.

 

Miller's 60 Series semiautomatic, constant-speed wire feeders offer the performance and flexibility to meet virtually every requirement in a quality-driven wire welding environment. Built to take the punishment and rough treatment of heavy industrial and high duty cycle applications, these push-type feeders easily meet the needs of professional welders who demand reliability and productivity. The 60 Series offers a wide range of wire speeds that accommodates a variety of wire types in sizes ranging from .023-1/8 in (0.6-3.2 mm). The feeders connect to all Miller CV power sources having a 14-pin receptacle and 24 volt AC supply. A single, multiconductor cord supplies power to the feeder and contactor control of the power source. Connection is quick and easy. And if your needs change, a variety of plug-in options make it simple to upgrade your system's capability. Miller engineers combined rugged construction with technical knowledge and welding experience to provide systems that are both simple to operate and efficient in use. Built-in features make it easy to load and thread wire, purge the gas line without feeding wire, or jog the wire without energizing the contactor. The result is a wire feed system that never gets in the way of productivity. Just turn it on and go to work. Both single- and dual-wire models are available to meet almost any semiautomatic wire feed requirement. The dual-wire models allow you to choose between two different wires, or have a standby gun always ready (only one gun can be operated at a time).
