     CESTOOLS does not give out any credentials to anyone. Your information is important to us and credit card information is deleted after transactions are completed.

     All phone numbers, email addresses, business addresses and names are protected within our servers. Our servers are not third party and therefore are not privy to third party viewers. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval.

     Emails sent from CESTOOLS are promotional only and may be stopped at any time by emailing Support and placing 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.

Return Policy

     We accept returns up to 30 days after your order. The entire order must be in an un-used condition and in the original packaging. All shipment costs are non-refundable. When you receive your shipment, please inspect the item carefully, and inform the delivery driver of any damage at that time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us and we will be able to further assist you in replacing your order. It is important to remember that you must notify us of any damage within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Re-Stocking fees apply on special orders. Payment Policy

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover and E-Checks via Paypal and by phone. Please keep in mind that we will not ship the order until the payment has cleared.

We have a $20,000.00 per order limit. Please call or email if you would like to purchase some of our larger pullers and benders or if your order will exceed the maximum order value.
