Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after your order. The entire order must be in un-used condition and in the original packaging. All shipment costs are non-refundable. When you receive your shipment, please inspect the item carefully, and inform the delivery driver of any damage at that time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us and we will be able to further assist you in replacing your order. It is important to remember that you must notify us of any damage within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Re-Stocking fees apply on Special Orders. Our goal is your 100% complete satisfaction, so please do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions or concerns.  

Payment Policy

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please keep in mind that we will not ship the order until the payment has cleared, therefore, shipping will be delayed.

Ordering & Shipping Policy

Most of the items on our website we have in stock, but if you have a question about any one of our items, please email us at CES Tools or give us a call at (480) 834-3098 or toll free at 1 877 833-3098. However, for most of the NEW equipment and tools, we drop ship it directly from the factory. Which, in some cases can have a 2 week delay at the most. To be sure that you're getting your item from us or directly from the factory, make sure you give us a call! Especially if you're on a time limit! We will do our best to get it to you when you need it! Aside from drop shipping, we sip items via FedEx or USPS. If you, the customer, would like for us to use a different carrier, please notify us immediately. International shipments are shipped via USPS with few exceptions.
Free Shipping - When we offer free shipping, it is only free to the lower 48 continental United States. Other areas may require extra shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE- free shipping does NOT apply to express orders. It will ONLY apply to priority shipping orders

Shipping By Freight

Because some of our products are heavier than FedEx allows, we must ship them through a frieght company. The quote offered for these items is based on shipping to a commercial business with a dock, forklift, or a way to get the item off the truck. If you do not apply to these requirements it is necessary for you to contact us for the correct quote. This applies to items that do not indicate Free Shipping.

Checking For Availability

Checking for Availability is an optional choice for our customers. If you are on a time limit, it would be the best idea to do so by giving us a call at (480) 834-3098 or toll free at 1 (877)-833-3098 or email us at CES Tools. If you simply would just like to know the shipping time, you could ask if your item is in stock. However, if you choose not to ask, and we don't have your item in our stock, then shipping on certain items can take up to the MOST of 3 Weeks. This is due to most of the NEW items being Made-to-Order and the item may not be built until the order is processed.
